What are typical symptoms of COVID-19?

Typical COVID-19 symptoms include:

• Fever

• Shortness of breath

• Dry cough

Other typical symptoms include:

• Muscle aches
• Sore throat‏
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Sudden loss of taste or smell

Note that many people who are infected with COVID-19 do not develop any symptoms at all.

The above mentioned symptoms can also appear from other infections or dieseases and are not a sure indication of a COVID-19 infection.

A COVID-19 infection can be reliably diagnosed only by a lab test.
