Supplies for personal protective equipment (PPE)

It is the responsibility of the employer to provide all employees with sufficient supplies for personal protective equipment and assure that minimum standards regarding its quality are ensured.

The tourism business must also provide sufficient supplies to ensure that tourists, visitors and clients can follow basic hygiene rules when at the touristic facility or during provision of services.

The minimum supplies to be provided include:

• Soap

• Hand sanitiser (virucide or with at least 60% alcohol)

• Disinfection wipes

• Disposable tissues or wipes

• Hands-free waste bins (recommended)

• Disposable face masks for guests and employees (recommended)
