Guidelines for working with contractors and suppliers

All contractors, service providers, suppliers, delivery personnel and drivers should follow basic hygiene, cleaning and physical distancing measures while at your property.

All individuals should confirm their intent to follow the respective guidelines and protocols while on-site, preferably in writing.

The following steps must be followed:

• Inform all contracts and suppliers with the hygiene and safety standards at your property.

• Request all contractors and suppliers to sign that they understand and commit to adhere to these standards.

• Limit the amount of direct contact between contractors and suppliers or employees with tourists as much as possible.

• Reduce the need for contractors and suppliers to enter your premises. For example, prepare a designated unloading zone for receiving goods and assure one delivery corridor from the unloading zone into the property.
